We ate a very tasty venison goulash here. Very friendly and attentive service. Good Dornfelder semi-dry. You should try the herbal schnapps for dessert ;-)

Unbeatable in rudeness. We wanted to sit outside in pleasant temperatures. Outside was also covered. The landlord came out and immediately explained in a harsh tone: "I'm not serving outside, please go". He still had the mask hanging under his nose. Then we sat down in the neighboring restaurant. Best conditions and great food.

Not to be outdone by rudeness! I agree with the previous negative reviews based on my visit. Arrived at the restaurant on Tuesday evening around 5 p.m. When asked if we could have a drink or something to eat, we were turned away in an incredibly unfriendly way. The landlord / bar staff said this was not possible because the kitchen was busy. There were two guests in the restaurant and two more on the terrace who had already been served their meals. Incredible, this way mine doesn't win any new guests.

The house's praised fried potatoes weren't seasoned. The schnitzel from the deep fryer. I had 1.5 roulades on my plate and wonder where has the other half gone ??? Hunger drove it in, but delicious is different.

This restaurant is located in a side street, is quaintly furnished a bit getting old. Our schnitzel came after ten minutes and were certainly not homemade. The same with the fried potatoes. It is, so to speak, frozen food that tastes ok. That's why the prices are lower. Everyone has to decide for themselves if he wants it. Service was nice and attentive. But think that the next time we would stop where else. The toilets are in an adventurous vaulted basement and ok too.

Stick to a strammer max. Cheap food very basic, pretty tasteless. Local wine is ok. Menu & interior haven’t changed since 1950s.
